Every cupcake is baked fresh daily at Baked Bouquet’s “flakery,” and the buttercream goes through three stages to make sure it’s perfectly whipped and wilt-proof. The frosting needs to be exactly 63 degrees in order to hold its shape, according to Baked Bouquet owner Wissam Elgama. Once frosted like your favorite florals, the cupcakes are arranged, adorned with a few silk petals, dusted with pearls and edible glitter, then delivered to a very lucky individual.
